Michael is always there when you need his help. I do not remember one time that he did not say "Of course I can help!". He always has a funny and interesting story to tell that fits the situation. We did several coaching workshops together and I was able to experience his unique style directly. I hope to work with Michael again in the future.

I highly recommend considering Michael and Agility CS for development instruction and consultant needs. Michael is an excellent instructor. He clearly understands the subject matter and has excellent practical experience. Beyond that Michael has a wonderful way of teaching adult learners. He understands the audience and how they consume information. Our team had a lot of fun, learned a lot, and left the course knowing we had a friend and mentor in Michael as we take what we learned into practice.

Michael joined my team at Cablevision at the start of our Agile transformation and has helped us greatly in achieving our goals. Michael brings a wealth of experience, passion and diligence to his role as Scrum Master. He has led by example and continues to train new and coach existing Product Owners and Developers to ensure success through the use of Agile methods. Michael enjoys trying new ideas for improving team velocity and bring variety to his team’s retrospectives to keep the teams engaged. Michael consistently engages in discussions as a thought leader to spread the word about the benefits of Agile. All that said, Michael is fun to work with. He’s engaging, funny, self-deprecating and full of entertaining stories and analogies. As such, he garners trust from those with whom he works which in turn allows him to continue his success as an Agile leader. I would recommend Michael without reservation.

It was my pleasure to work with Michael during a scrum workshop. His ability to collaborate and work with others was a great value add. His facilitation and attitude goes a long way! I would love to work with him again!

The best way to describe Mike is that he is an anomaly.

Mike is, by far, the best team builder and motivator that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. What makes him an anomaly is that while the good ones make it look easy - Mike does it in explicably - it just happens, which, in my opinion, makes him great.

I believe the reason for this is that not only is he a highly competent leader, but he's naturally just great with people. He relates to them at a much deeper level.

In short, Mike gets results and everyone is happy. He's is an amazing guy to work with and an integral part of establishing high performing, self managing teams

Michael has a cheerful and positive personality that makes him a joy to work with. At the same time, he displays leadership ability and an innovative mindset. He exceeds expectations in his role. Michael is a professional, who stands out amongst his peers. He is enthusiastic and always eager to learn more. All of Michael’s team members love him, praise his ability to seamlessly manage any project and get impeccable results. Most of all I would like to mention that Michael is a person you could always count on! He never hesitates to be the first to unconditionally offer help and support! There is a saying in Russian: “Michael is the type of person I would go to war with”.

Working with Michael was a pleasure all way. He is a self-starter, passionate and doesn't need much guidance, yet accepts feedback and strives to continually improve his skills.

When he started, I assigned him one of our most complex projects major infrastructure renewal with a substantial R&D component. The project had a long history of missed milestones, budget overruns and issues with personalities. In a very short time Michael established a good accord with all stakeholders, implemented an approach based on agile principles, ensured the team could work without interruption and drove the project to success.

Beside this direct assignment he was always willing to help other team members and go the extra mile for the team. I would love to work with Michael any time again and can only highly recommend him !
